We need to get together and help our newest members make weapons and garb. The sooner they have what they need the more fun they will be able to have.
Typically we go to Demming Park and take over a pavilion, as a default site we can retreat to my apartment and work in the garage.
We usually collect $5 per person and get supplies so we can make weapons. We currently have $20 in the build fund.
If you prefer to bring supplies that is good to.
Basic weapon supplies are PVC, fiberglass drive way markers, blue camp foam, cloth tape,duct tape and the all important Dap cement..Super 77 spray adhesive can be used successfully as well.
Also needed will be fabric for covers, ply wood for shield cores and straps for said shield.
If you are not sure what to get we can meet and make a trip to to the appropriate stores to get materials.
Best Dag Stuff has finished weapons and kits.

It is a bit more expensive to buy but you get a weapon of proven quality or, with a kit, all the materials ready to assemble.
Garb is another matter. Brenda will do sewing for a small price + fabric and may have some garments already made for sale.
